CLEAR is a quit-vaping tracker. The app helps users track vape-free time, money saved, liquid avoided, milestones, cravings, check-ins and optional Apple Health trends.

Data stored on your device

CLEAR stores your quit date, consumption profile, goals, cravings, slips, daily check-ins and settings locally on your device. If widgets are used, selected progress data is shared locally between the app and the widget through an Apple App Group.

CLEAR does not require an account.

Apple Health

If you choose to connect Apple Health, CLEAR reads selected health data such as resting heart rate, walking heart rate and sleep data to show trends since your quit date.

CLEAR does not write data to Apple Health.

Apple Health data is not shared with Google, AdMob or advertising partners. Apple Health data is not used for advertising, tracking, profiling or data mining.

Notifications

CLEAR can schedule local notifications for daily check-ins and milestones. These notifications are created on your device.

Advertising

CLEAR uses Google AdMob to show ads in the free version of the app. Google AdMob may process data such as device identifiers, advertising data, approximate location, app interactions, diagnostics and performance data.

Advertising consent and privacy choices may be managed through the consent options shown in the app where required.

In-app purchases

CLEAR offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions to remove ads. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. CLEAR does not receive or store your payment details.
